Liquidate Contents Of Hardware Store Auction Preview: October 30 (Saturday) from 12 to 3pm and Sale Day From 8am Till Sale Time. Location: LINCOLN CENTER COURT MALL, 215 LANCASTER AVENUE, MALVERN, PA. 19355 (4 miles west of Exton along Route 30 or about 7 miles west of Downingtown along Route 30, Preview and Sale Day Follow Signs along Route 30). We have been hired by Lincoln Investors LP here in Malvern, Pennsylvania to liquidate the contents of hardware store located in the Lincoln Center Court Mall, (Shopping center with Pa Drivers Center). PREVIEW WILL TAKE PLACE ON SATURDAY, OCTOBER 30, THE DAY BEFORE THE AUCTION, FROM 12PM TILL 3PM, AND PREVIEW ALSO WILL BE FROM 8AM TILL 10AM THE DAY OF THE AUCTION. Liquidating to the bare walls Sold to the highest bidder, some great lots will be pulled out of storage. As you can tell from the many photos here, there is a little bit of everything to be sold. Our goal that day will be to SELL EVERYTHING, as room must be made for the new tenants coming in. We expect to be selling easily from 4 to 5 hours, or whenever we are finished, as long as we have bidders. Sale consists of Hardware, Materials, Garden Tools, Ladders, Motor Oil, Plumbing & Elec Fittings, Rolls of Tape, New Ironing Boards, Wall Brackets of all Kinds, Lawn or Garden Wiring/Fencing, Insect Repellent, Bungee Cords, Practical Signs of all Kinds for Home or Business, Huge Amount of Number & Letters for ID and Signs, Grass Spreaders, Plastic Containers w Lids, Paint Supplies & Paint & Rollers, Varnishes, Brooms, Mops, Lighting, HUGE AMOUNT OF CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS & WHATEVER, Sled, Caulking Supplies, Bags of Cement, New Toys & Stuffed Animals, Wood Stains, Huge Amount of Paint & Enamel Cans & Spray Cans, Rust-o-leum, Cans of Lacquer, New Flags, Store Mannequin, and whatever else comes out of the woodwork! One aisle we couldn't even get down because it was so overloaded with new Christmas Decorations & Supplies which are just in time for the holiday season! In another storage area we saw about 3 large pallets full of around 100 pretty large miscellaneous organizer containers (they are FULL) to be liquidated. (These are exeptional!!). Shelving , glass cutting apprataus, and paint "shaker/mixer" also for sale. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT UP UNTIL SALE DAY, WE WILL BE ADDING TO THIS LISTING AND ADDING MORE PHOTOS! AND REMEMBER, DO YOUR CHRISTMAS SHOPPING HERE, AND BUY THE CHRISTMAS GIFTS & DECORATIONS YOU NEED FOR THE HOLIDAY AT A FRACTION OF THE PRICE IN THE STORES!!
